Physiotherapy Cancer Care
- A unique physiotherapy service for people living with cancer


Physiotherapy Cancer Care will comply with the following:

Professional responsibility and obligations will be maintained by the Chartered Physiotherapist and as a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP) be bound by the Rules of Professional Conduct.

Regular peer and professional support will be maintained through the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Oncology and Palliative Care (ACPOPC) (400 colleagues), Christchurch Macmillan Unit, Bournemouth University as well as at the BWT Physiotherapy Centre in Parkstone Poole.

The Chartered Physiotherapist will participate in: 

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and life long learning.

CSP “Standards of Physiotherapy Practice”, which sets out national standards and covers everything from equipment and treatment, to privacy and communications with clients.

Advice and information will be sought about rules, or any professional matter from the CSP Member Networks and Relations Function at the CSP
